The hotel boasts central location to most area attractions. Also, it is short walk to Astoria and Newport and the ocean and the beach.

During my recent business trip to Lincoln City, my director chose the Ashley Inn & Suites for our stay, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The hotel offers so much, including free high-speed wireless internet in public areas, free parking for our vehicles, and an indoor saltwater swimming pool and hot tub. I was able to take a relaxing dip in the saltwater indoor pool, and the state-of-the-art exercise equipment in the fitness room allowed me to keep up with my workouts even while traveling. The in-door saltwater pool and hot tub, exercise room, and dry sauna were definitely refreshing amenities after a long day of meetings.

This beautifully kept and well-maintained hotel was in central location close to the Outlet malls for those who like to shop till you drop. Further, it was near the `` pond '' out front and local restaurants and other areas around Lincoln City.

We had a real good stay in our brand-new room with 2 beds. The staff were both fabulously helpful and responsive. The accommodation had a central location to buy a 12 pack of coke from the store. It was also not far from the casinos in the area.

My stay at Ashley Inn & Suites was amazing! The room was clean, polished, and smelled great. The facility was outstanding, with unexpected amenities like an indoor pool, hot tub, and workout room. The room was well-furnished with a comfortable bed, sofa, dining area, fridge, microwave. The freshly cooked breakfast and friendly staff were much appreciated, and the freshly baked cookies at the reception were a nice touch.
